Suicide: Meeting the Unique Needs of Families in the Aftermath
This presentation will focus on the role that the social worker can play in supporting families after a suicide has occurred. Risk factors and prevention will be reviewed, but the emphasis of the presentation will be on providing grief support unique to situations in which a suicide has taken place.
