Biography
Charlene is a Registered Clinical Social Worker in Calgary, Alberta, with specializations in addictions, mental health and compassion fatigue. She is the founder of Caring Safely® a certified educational institute in Canada providing education and training to individuals and organizations.
Charlene is a subject matter expert in Trauma Informed Practice with Bow Valley College and a sessional instructor with the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Calgary. In 2015, she published a book titled 20 Quick Strategies to Help Your Patients and Clients Manage Stress.
