Biography

Chantal Stepney, M.Ed, is a Senior Consultant with Public Consulting Group, Inc. In her current role, she also serves as the co-lead for the organization’s Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council. In this role, Chantal creates and leads programming to support the firm’s D&I goals, and works with other council members to identify recommendations to improve talent acquisition, promotion, and retention, diverse business partnerships, and philanthropic endeavors that support equity in healthcare and education for the BIPOC community.

As a public sector professional for over fifteen years, Chantal has worked diligently on behalf of children, youth, and families with disabilities to ensure her clients receive equitable healthcare, education, and community support. Prior to her work as a Consultant, Chantal was a Multi-Systemic Therapist in North Carolina, and a Youth Program Manager with Fulton County Human Services Department. She received her Master of Education in Community Agency Counseling from North Carolina State University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from the University of Georgia. She resides in Atlanta, GA, where she serves as a member of the Junior League of Atlanta, the local chapter of Black Girls Code, and is a Board Member for the Atlanta chapter’s Better Business Bureau’s Center for Character Ethics.
