This session will analyze the impact of historical trauma on current systemic racism as it pertains to socioeconomic injustice and the psychology of ownership. Looking at Authentic Leadership as a potential solution, the session will explore its dimensions from a trauma informed perspective and educate participants on strategies to integrate leadership and clinical skills to promote justice.
